All content on the Site is made available under clear licensing terms and is accessible only to users who comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

You may not transfer or sublicense your account to others. In the event of suspected unauthorized access or a data breach, you must notify us immediately. The Company reserves the right to rename, deactivate, or reclaim usernames if deemed necessary for brand protection or operational integrity.
IV. Licensing and Rights
All Samples offered through Tunessy are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits use, remixing, transformation, and commercial exploitation of the Samples, provided that appropriate attribution is given to the original creator (Tunessy). You must also include a link to the license and clearly state whether changes were made to the original material.
CC BY 4.0 is an open license designed to maximize creative freedom while ensuring that creators receive proper credit. Full terms of the license can be reviewed here: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/
The license applies strictly to copyright. Some Samples may contain elements — such as recorded voices or recognizable sound cues — that could implicate other rights (e.g., privacy, publicity, trademark). You are responsible for ensuring that your usage does not violate third-party rights in the context of your project. Tunessy does not guarantee the clearance of such elements for all use cases
Sample Sourcing
A-Z SPECTRUM LTD obtains all samples made available on Tunessy.com through non-exclusive, royalty-free licensing agreements with trusted third-party providers and creators. These agreements grant the Company the right to modify, adapt, and incorporate the samples into new derivative works. The resulting modified content may be used, distributed, and offered for commercial purposes under the terms of the original licenses. The Company takes reasonable steps to ensure that all sourced content is properly licensed for commercial redistribution and complies with applicable intellectual property laws.
V. Intellectual Property and Restrictions
Except for content specifically licensed through CC BY 4.0, all intellectual property on the Site — including branding, interface design, code, and editorial content — remains the exclusive property of A-Z SPECTRUM LTD. You may not reproduce, reverse engineer, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Site that is not expressly permitted by the license or these Terms.
VI. Purchase Process and Delivery
Samples on Tunessy.com are available exclusively to registered users who fund their account balance in advance. After registration, users may add funds to their account and use this balance to access and download Samples from the Site. Once the balance is used and a transaction is completed, digital download access to the purchased content is granted immediately. All products are delivered electronically and have no physical component.
VII. Refunds and Digital Product Policy
The nature of the product that Tunessy sells cannot imply an option for a refund for a product that was successfully purchased and delivered. Users are not eligible for a refund if they are dissatisfied with the delivered product. However, according to legislation, users may apply for a refund during 14 days since the initial transaction if there was some kind of technical error related to a delivery of service.
Since the platform operates an internal balance, the fiat transactions are related to a balance top-up. If a particular transaction was successful, but the internal platform's balance was not updated - users are urged to write an email for a manual top-up. As such, the refund procedure is not necessary, though may be commenced upon a user's wish to do so. If a product was purchased via the internal balance, but was not delivered due to any kind of technical error - the manual procedure applies too, as does the refund procedure, whatever a user may find suitable for them.
VIII. Limitations of Liability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Tunessy does not guarantee that the content is free from interruptions, errors, or viruses. We are not responsible for any technical failures or data loss you may experience when using the Site or downloading content.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, A-Z SPECTRUM LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business, profit, or data, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A-Z SPECTRUM LTD from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal costs arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
IX. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes related to the use of the Site or these Terms shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom. By using the Site, you agree to submit to the personal and territorial jurisdiction of UK courts for the resolution of any legal dispute.
